*Driver Qualifications

• At least 23 years old.
• Have a class A CDL.
• Minimum two years verifiable experience.
• Pass a DOT physical and drug test.
• Have a clean MVR.
• No more than two (2) moving violations in the last 12 months.
• No serious or disqualifying traffic violations within the last three (3) years:
  • Reckless driving (reckless operation).
  • 15 mph over posted speed limit.
  • Improper or erratic lane changing
  • Following to closely (assured clear distance).
  • Hit & run, leaving the scene of an accident or failure to report an accident.
  • D.U.I or D.W.I (within the last five (5) years).
• No preventable accidents within the last twenty-four (24) months.
• No preventable accidents involving a fatality.
• No more than two (2) driving jobs in the last twelve (12) months.
• Driver’s license must be issued in the state the driver currently resides in.
• Must have current D.O.T with a “long form” physical and a valid phone number for doctor.
• No Felonies on record.
• Pass a KBT, Inc. road test.
